Even the "entry-level" model of the new Mark II generation of professional Rollei Rock Solid outdoor and travel tripods already carries an astonishing 20 kg payload. In addition to increasing the load capacity, the current Rock Solid models feature even easier operation and a number of other detail improvements.
On three legs, on one leg or turned 180° ...
In any wind and weather, on highly sensitive antique parquet or on razor-sharp rock, the new Rollei Rock Solid Gamma Mark II will help you direct your professional photo equipment precisely and blur-free to the desired motif. The four-unit carbon tripod legs reduce the total weight to a light 1776 g with tripod head and, thanks to the special winding of the carbon layers, ensure perfect distribution of the loads occurring during shooting. Depending on the surface, you choose the rubber feet or the sturdy steel spikes "in the twinkling of an eye". With just a few simple steps you can transform your Gamma Mark II into a compact and stable monopod that still carries a payload of 12 kg. The 180° rotated center column was already the favorite of photographers with the predecessor model, who would like to shoot a close-to-the-ground macro shot on the side and without much effort.
Perfectly fitting ball head included directly in the scope of delivery
At the suggestion of our customers, we have again equipped the Mark II generation of Rock Solid tripods (with the exception of the Alpha XL Mark II) with professional ball heads with panorama function, which harmonise exactly with the respective model in terms of their maximum payload. The Gamma Mark II is therefore supplied as a set with the Rollei T3S Mark II ball head - but the ball head is also available separately. With a carrying capacity of an enormous 20 kg, an Arca Swiss quick release plate and two high-quality spirit levels, the T3S Mark II is the perfect and safe connection between the professional outdoor tripod and your valuable camera equipment. The sturdy and spacious carrying bag holds your new Rollei Rock Solid Gamma Mark II and the professional T3S Mark II tripod head.
