Wide-angle lens with Fuji X-mount and autofocus
Wide-angle lenses have always allowed impressive shots from amazing angles. In cooperation with Viltrox, Rollei introduces the AF 13mm F/1.4 lens for Fujifilm X-Mount. The new lens is characterized not only by a low close-up limit of just 22 centimeters and a noiseless STM focus motor for video recordings, but also by an excellent optical calculation of the 14 lens elements used, which are arranged in 11 groups.d.
Norderstedt, 03/28/2022. In cooperation with the lens manufacturer Viltrox, Rollei is introducing a new Camera lens with Fuji X mount before. In which wide angle lens it is one 13mm focal length, which is characterized by the natural image and a particularly large imaging angle.
The Lens with Fuji X mount is despite its for wide angle lenses impressive initial aperture of F/1.4 with reliable and fast autofocus. The STM focus motor used for this not only delivers lightning-fast results in photography, but is also ideal for film recordings thanks to its silent operation. Additionally this is Lens for Fuji cameras with X mount optimized for use with eye-detection autofocus or optionally for manual focus.
To the lens an aperture ring is also attached, which ensures the usual operability of the system and thus preserves the design language of the cameras. Professional landscape and amateur photographers in particular look forward to the bright wide-angle lens with autofocus, but the new one is also used in street photography, for reports or for longer exposures of the night sky lens to shine.
As is already known from other Viltrox products, the lens, which weighs just 480 grams, has a USB interface built into it, which enables firmware updates to continuously improve performance. This also guarantees future compatibility with most cameras from Fujifilm's X-series.
