The organizer of the Advent calendar competition The RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also called the organizer), in De Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt, is the organizer of the Advent calendar competition. 

The competition starts with the release of the advent calendar and ends on December 24, 2023 11:59 p.m. (CET). Within this period, the competition can be participated in compliance with the entire conditions. It is not possible to take part in the competition.

In order to take part in the competition, registration for the advent calendar is required. Interested people have to register with their own email address. Participation via a letter shipment, phone call or email when sending an email address is not permitted. 

People who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and live within Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Only one email address is admitted to participation per participant, and participation in the competition is free of charge. 

The winner: In will be notified by email on December 27th. After receipt of the notification, the winner will be: in asked to communicate their shipping address within Germany or Austria. A delivery to other countries is not possible. The profit is then sent to the given address. If one/one winner is not reported within four weeks after the notification, the right to the price will expire.

RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to cease the competition at any time, in whole or in parts, without compliance with deadlines and notifications if it is considered necessary.

Participant data is used exclusively for the handling and implementation of the competition, sending the daily door surprise, the roller egg newsletter and for sending the profit. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG does not pass on this data to third parties. Participants: According to the legal provisions, the inside is entitled to information, correction or deletion of your data.

A cash payment, an exchange or a self -collection are not possible. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG does not provide an replacement price.
