My birthday points are not credited. Why is that?
My birthday points are not credited. Why is that?
The birthday points are credited on her birthday (not when entering the birthday date).
Please note that the points can only be credited if the date was deposited there a month before your birthday. If the range is shorter than 30 days, the points will unfortunately not be credited until next year. This serves to prevent possible abuse of the premium program by specifying a wrong birthday to get additional points.

To get your points for a like or a subscription, log into your customer account and click on the "ClubStatus" field. Now go to the orange button "Redeem points".
Now a pop-up opens with the help of the arrow at the top left. Now press "Collect points" and choose the social platform that you want to follow via the respective orange button.
