    Sign up for the newsletter and get +250 points

    On your birthday you will receive +1000 points.

How do I create a club account?

When you create a customer account with us, you automatically collect points. If you don't have an account yet, you can here create one.

Collect and redeem points

When do my points expire?

The points have no expiry date. There can only be an expiration date for rewards and goodies.

Can I add points?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add points from past purchases.

What happens if I cancel an order?

In the event of a cancellation, the points credited will be deducted from your points account. If you have used a discount code, it will not be reissued.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

Unfortunately, transferring between customer accounts is not possible

Where can I see my current points balance?

You can see the points via the club widget on this page or in the customer account.

Frequently asked questions from our customers

My birthday points will not be credited. Why is that?

The birthday points are credited on your birthday (not when you enter the birthday date).

Please note that the points can only be credited if the date has already been entered one month before your birthday. Unfortunately, if the period is shorter than 30 days, the points will not be credited to you until next year. This is to prevent possible abuse of the rewards program by providing a false birthday in order to receive additional points.

My points for Facebook, Instagram & YouTube are not displayed. Why not?

To receive your points for a like or subscription, log in to your customer account and click on the "Club status" field. Now click on the orange “Redeem points” button.

A pop-up will now open where you can go back using the arrow at the top left. Now press “Collect points” and use the orange button to select the social platform you would like to follow.

Can I apply a discount code and a club discount at the same time?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.
